Section 504 Home

Section 504 (Part of the Rehabilitation Act) states (in part):

"No otherwise qualified individual with a disability in the United States, ....., shall, solely by reason of her or his disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance"

Catoosa County Public Schools is committed to providing consistent and enforceable standards for elimination of discrimination against persons with disabilities. The Section 504 program is implemented by school level personnel and overseen by the district Section 504/ADA coordinators
