Employment Salary Verification

Requests of verification of employment with CCPS must be submitted in writing.

Requests cannot be completed via telephone, and cannot be processed without a signed statement of authorization from the employee.

To obtain a verification of salary with CCPS for purposes of an auto/home loan, apartment rental or mortgage/financing purposes, we use The Work Number® from Equifax to help complete requests for verification of employment and income for our employees. A response may can take up to 48 hours to complete. This time could be longer during our summer peak time.

CCPS Experience Verification:

• Experience Verification may take up to 48 hours.  This could be longer under our summer peak time.

Verification for Student Loan Forgiveness:

• Please submit your paperwork to Haley Phillips via: Email haphillips@catoosa.k12.ga.us, or fax to (706) 965-8930.
• Verification for Loan Forgiveness (including Teacher Loan Forgiveness, Public Service Loan Forgiveness Section 3 of PSLF must be completed by County Office) 
• Loan Forgiveness can take up to 48 hours to complete. These original forms will be returned to the employee to send to the appropriate company.
