Georgia Special Needs Scholarship

The Georgia Special Needs Scholarship (GSNS), established by Senate Bill 10, allows eligible students to transfer to another public school or a participating private school. To qualify, a student must have a current Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 plan and have been enrolled in a Georgia public school for the entire previous academic year. This program empowers parents to choose an educational setting that best fits their child’s specific learning needs.
